Tuition rates are set yearly with new rates announced each spring for the following school year. Rates at the Capitol Complex location are typically slightly lower than those at the Comal and Leona centers due to differences in food services. You can find more information here.

Tuition Guidelines
- UT CDC does not offer sibling discounts.
- A limited number of Level A spaces are available. If demand exceeds availability, qualifying families will be placed on a waitlist and temporarily charged Level B tuition until a Level A space opens.
- Income documentation is reviewed at enrollment and annually thereafter by the Director or Assistant Director.
- Families may request a tuition category review at any time.
- Appeals based on emergency circumstances, such as a life-threatening illness/injury, natural disaster, or temporary home displacement, should be directed to the Executive Director.
- Tuition levels are set at the time of enrollment.
Fees
- Application Fee: $60 per family, due at time of application.
- Enrollment Deposit: $150 due upon accepting a spot.
- $100 is applied to September tuition
- $50 is a non-refundable materials fee
- If a family chooses not to enroll after accepting a space, the full deposit will be forfeited.
- Late Payment Fee: $3 per day after the 5th of the month.
- Late Pick-Up Fee: $10 for every 10 minutes after 5:45 p.m. (ie. 1-10 minutes=$10; 11-20 minutes=$20, etc.); doubles after the third late pick-up.
- Withdrawal Policy: 60-day advance written notice required; tuition is due during the notice period.
