Ducklings Teacher (Twos & Threes)
Regan Ratliff is an assistant teacher in the Ducklings classroom at the UT Child Development Center. She has been working with toddlers for about three years and joined UTCDC at the beginning of 2025. Originally from Louisiana, Regan discovered her passion for early childhood education while working as a nanny. After moving to Texas, she began teaching in a two-year-old classroom and quickly realized she had found her calling.
Regan’s favorite part of teaching is encouraging learning through play and creative art experiences, where children can explore, imagine, and express themselves in meaningful ways. She is especially passionate about helping children build confidence and develop a positive outlook, supporting each child as they grow into their own unique selves.
Outside of the classroom, Regan enjoys creating art, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her loved ones and pets.
