Normandy brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education, having served as a teacher, assistant director, and center director at licensed programs across Texas. Her background includes leading preschool classrooms, supporting Montessori environments, and overseeing operations at a center serving 160 children. She is well-versed in licensing standards, passionate about high-quality care, and committed to fostering strong, supportive relationships with families and staff.
Born and raised in Central Texas, Normandy began her career in early childhood education in 2013. She deeply values the work of nurturing young children and takes great joy in watching them grow and thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, family time, and life's simple pleasures with her husband, Daniel, and their two children, Alex and Kylie.
