Daisies Teacher (Young Toddlers)
Ms. Michelle has been a part of UTCDC since 2022 and cares for our littles in the Daisy classroom.She is passionate about helping children develop lifelong skills, including learning Spanish, and is dedicated to creating a classroom environment where every child feels safe, loved, and supported. Ms. Michelle values building meaningful and lasting connections with the children and their families.
Born in Palo Alto, California, she grew up in Guatemala, where she gained a deep appreciation for Central American culture. She has also lived in Madrid, Spain, and Dallas, Texas, but found something truly special in Austin—falling in love with the city the first time she visited.
What inspires Ms. Michelle to work with children is the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives at such a young age. She believes that sharing kindness, empathy, and love is incredibly powerful and helps shape a brighter future for all children.
Ms. Michelle is a proud mother of four: one daughter and three sons. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry, swimming, and traveling the world.
