Katie hails from Dallas, TX and has been working in the early childhood field since 2006. During her long and varied career, Katie has done it all! She has been an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, center Director, Instructional Aid, and Curriculum Coordinator working with children from infant to elementary-aged. She also holds a Child Development Associate certificate. Katie leads with her heart and loves working in a field where she not only has a positive impact on chidren's develpment, but gets to be her silly and fun self!
In her spare time, Katie enjoyes reading, painting/drawing, spending time outdoors with her son Hank and dog Peggy, watching movies, and demolishing her competition in games of Connect Four and Guess Who?!
