Favorite Children's Book: The Paperbag Princess by Robert Munsch
Elisa has been working with children since 1999 and joined the UTCDC as an Assistant Teacher in 2023. She quickly moved to an Associate Teacher position before becoming the Lead Teacher in the All Stars classroom in March 2024. Elisa holds a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Concordia Univeristy. She has worked with children ranging from 18 months through fifth grade, but most of her exprience is with two to five year olds. During her long career as an early childhood professional, Elisa has been an assistant teacher, lead teacher, and an elementary school librarian. No matter her position, she is thankful everyday to be working with her littles and being a part of their and their families' lives!
When she is not working with children, Elisa enjoys going for walks, listening to music, crafting, and spending time with family.
