Valerie has worked full-time in the early childhood field since 2016. She has been part of support teams, as well as leading. Her ultimate goal is to continue learning and growing as a teacher to expand young minds for the future. She understands the many growth areas happening for 2-3 year old children as they become more independent thinkers. Valerie is excited to support and be a part of the UTCDC/State family.
On her own time, Valerie enjoys hiking, dancing, playing video games, as well as watching TikTok and Anime. She also loves to dye her hair, with exciting colors, for fun. Although she does not have any children of her own at home yet, she is the Mom of a spoiled Pug named Turbo.
