Ashley is an Austin native and has been working in the early childhood education field since 2014. She joined the UTCDC in Fall of 2021 as an Assistant Teacher at our Comal location and was promoted to a Lead Teacher when the Leona campus opened its doors in 2023. Ashley has been working with two-year-olds for most of her career and has learned so many things from them. She enjoys watching their minds expand and take in new information. She is also fascinated by their creativity when it comes to art. She is currently attending Austin Community College and is working towards an Associate's degree in Child Development.
Ashley is a mom to three very busy boys! When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, going on family vacations, crocheting, eating, being in nature, and exercising.
