Albert Rodriguez began working with children in 2013 as a nanny and joined UTCDC in the summer of 2019 as an assistant teacher. Albert partnered with a lead teacher for several year and then become a lead teacher himself in the two year old age group. Albert has brought his knowledge and experience of childcare to early childhood education to his class where leaning is fun.
Albert studied music in college, where his focus was on bassoon performance and music education. His background in music, allows him to include music as a tool for kids to express themselves artistically.
In his spare time, Albert enjoy spending time with his nephews, and taking his dog Frenchie to Zilker Park! Sunday morning walks to our neighborhood coffee shop is especially one of his favorite things to do.
